Attorney Tucker T. Tellefson joined Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C. as an associate in 2022. Attorney Tellefson works in several litigation practice areas for the firm, including insurance defense, municipal law, civil rights litigation, and criminal defense.
Attorney Tellefson is a lifelong Wisconsin resident, having grown up in the Milwaukee area, followed by obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his law degree from Marquette University Law School.
While in law school, Attorney Tellefson participated in a number of extracurricular activities in addition to working toward the litigation certificate. Attorney Tellefson participated in Marquette University Law School's Prosecutor Clinic with the Milwaukee District Attorney's office. Attorney Tellefson also held a position in the Student Bar Association and was named to the Pro Bono Honor Society in 2021.
Prior to joining Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C., Attorney Tellefson was a prosecutor for the State of Wisconsin. As an Assistant District Attorney, Attorney Tellefson handled a caseload consisting of juvenile justice and domestic abuse cases. Attorney Tellefson tried several jury trials as a prosecutor. Attorney Tellefson is excited to use the skills he learned as a prosecutor, in his new role.
Outside of work, Attorney Tellefson enjoys staying active, visiting the local golf courses, and reading a good book. Attorney Tellefson also enjoys supporting Wisconsin sports teams, including the Packers, Badgers, Bucks, and Brewers.
