Experienced, Flexible, Responsive and Multidisciplinary Support for Critical Incidents

In the midst of a critical incident, you need to know that your employees and community have the support and resources that they need. In the immediate aftermath of a critical incident, you may have to make split-second decisions that will impact future litigation.
We provide a multidisciplinary approach focused on crisis communication with local and sometimes national media, while also providing privileged and confidential legal support to organizations, supervisors, and those individuals personally involved with the incident. And we do it right away.
Our work is tailored to the needs of your community and organization because that is where our experience lies. We utilize the framework and structure that you already have in place to provide assistance in communicating with your employees, the public, and the media. Importantly, we are also prepared to provide specialized legal representation to the organization, supervisors and the individuals involved with the incident, who may face investigation. Our team is experienced in rapidly providing this support through phone or video conference and on-site consulting.
