Jeff Nichols and Ashley Webber received a defense verdict in a recent Racine County trial. Plaintiff was rear-ended by our insured and filed suit alleging injuries. Plaintiff claimed that the accident caused him to undergo neck surgery and extensive medical treatment. He claimed $399,113.27 in specials at trial as a result of the accident. The jury found the accident was not causal to the 24 year old plaintiff’s injuries and awarded no damages.
