Patrick Brennan and Marcella Spoto recently obtained a favorable result from the Wisconsin Court of Appeals affirming an underlying decision granting summary judgment in a legal malpractice coverage matter. We represented a law firm’s insurer. At issue was whether the circuit court properly granted our motion for summary judgment arguing that no insurance coverage was owed to any defendant during any time relevant to the claims. The Court of Appeals agreed with our position and affirmed the trial court's decision that no coverage was owed.
