Biography

Cindy is a shareholder in Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C.’s Eau Claire Office and devotes her time to estate planning, business succession planning, and advising for-profit and nonprofit businesses, including cooperatives.

Cindy regularly counsels clients on complex estate planning techniques, recommends tax saving strategies, and assists clients with simple wills and powers of attorney. She advises clients on structuring business succession plans to increase tax savings and successfully transition businesses to family members or employees. Cindy also represents clients in trust administration and probate matters.

Cindy represents for-profit and nonprofit businesses in general corporate governance matters. She regularly helps non-profit organizations obtain and/or maintain their 501(c)(3) status and to develop legacy gifts, including drafting charitable remainder trusts.

Cindy also counsels clients in new market tax credit transactions and church consolidations.
