Samantha Crivello first joined Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C. as a law clerk in 2024, and started as an associate attorney following her law school graduation in 2026.
During her law school years at Marquette University, she was engaged both academically and within the legal community. Samantha participated in the Marquette Moot Court program, competing at the John J. Gibbons Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition. Her 3L year, Samantha worked as a legal intern at the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office on the gun unit. Additionally, she was a dedicated member of various organizations including the Association of Women Lawyers, Marquette Trial Lawyers Association, and the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Society. Samantha was also elected by her peers to hold a leadership position on the Student Bar Association for all three years of law school, including as a class representative and the Diversity and Inclusion Chair. During her free time, Samantha volunteered doing pro bono work at multiple of the Marquette Volunteer Clinics and the Pardon/Expungement Clinic.
Samantha earned her undergraduate degree from Miami University of Ohio, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Disability Studies. She brings a practical and detailed, yet thoughtful, approach to serving her clients.
Originally from Mequon, Wisconsin, Samantha can be found running, watching Marquette basketball, and spending time with her dog, Harley.
