On February 4, 2022, Danny Mullin obtained summary judgment in a construction defect / construction malpractice lawsuit pending in Racine County. Plaintiff alleged that his Frank Lloyd Wright-esque home had been destroyed by the work of our client, a local roofing contractor. The Court concluded that the plaintiff, who purchased the property after our client completed its work pursuant to a contract with the prior owner of the home, could not bring claims against our client.
