Biography

Danny is an equity shareholder and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Danny represents public and private manufacturers of products on a national basis in both commercial and product liability litigation and regulatory compliance. In addition, Danny represents construction companies and contractors in liability litigation. In this capacity, he defends wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and significant property damage cases, whether arising from fires and explosions, roll-overs, drownings, construction-site injuries, or construction defect cases. He also has helped clients navigate regulatory processes, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). In addition, he also defends financial institutions, real estate professionals, and health care providers in professional liability and licensing matters to avoid or minimize financial injury and damages to their brands and to preserve his clients’ reputations. Additionally, Danny has helped clients navigate their responses to cyberattacks, including counseling clients about legal obligations to minimize legal exposure.

He is licensed and practices in state court in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota. Danny is admitted to practice before the United Stated District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western District Bankruptcy Courts in Wisconsin, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also admitted to the Trial Bar for the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

During law school, Danny was three-time recipient of the CALI Award for Academic Excellence (highest grade) for his work in products liability, estate planning and contract drafting. He was also involved in the moot court program, representing Marquette in the Ruby R. Vale Corporate Law Moot Court Competition and the American Bar Association’s Negotiation Competition.

When he is not working, Danny enjoys spending time with his family, playing or watching sports, and traveling.
