Timothy D. Pagel

Biography

Tim Pagel is a shareholder with Crivello, Nichols & Hall, S.C. He concentrates his practice on general defense litigation and toxic tort litigation throughout the country. Tim has experience successfully handling complex litigation cases for industrial corporations, manufacturers, contractors, small businesses and insurance companies. He is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and Illinois and has been admitted pro hac vice in several additional states throughout his career. Tim has had the opportunity to resolve numerous asbestos cases venued in the Multidistrict Litigation 875 in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

When he is not working, Tim aspires to cook, garden and read great novels, but usually is relegated to being chauffeur for his hopefully-soon- to-be-driving teenagers. He lives in Wauwatosa with his wife and two children.
