Biography

Agatha K. Raynor is a shareholder with Crivello, Nichols & Hall. She concentrates her practice in employment law and regularly advises clients on compliance, best practices and risk management in all areas of employment law, including: accommodation of disabilities; addressing harassment complaints; reductions in force; separation agreements; and implementing effective employment policies and practices.

Agatha also defends private and public employers in employment-related litigation before administrative agencies and state and federal courts, including claims of harassment, retaliation, and discrimination (including age, religion, disability, race, and sex).

In addition, Agatha also conducts corporate training and presents to employees, managers and industry groups on various employment-related issues, including: workplace harassment; discipline; documentation best practices; new legislation affecting employers; and human resources issues.

Agatha was recognized as Rising Star in the Wisconsin SuperLawyers peer survey in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2013, 2014 and 2015 (Employment litigation: Defense).

Agatha is very active in her community and serves as a Board Member with the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association, an organization dedicated to improving the practice of attorneys appearing before the Eastern District federal court. She has also served as a Board Member with the March of Dimes –Milwaukee Area Chapter and has served as a Mentor with various organizations, including the Milwaukee Bar Association’s Mentorship Program and the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association’s Honorable Charles N. Clevert, Jr. Mentoring Program. Agatha has also served on the Planning Committee for CentroLeGala, a fundraising dinner/event for Centro Legal, an agency which provides free and low-cost legal services for individuals and families in Milwaukee County. In addition, Agatha has served with Junior Achievement of Wisconsin, volunteering in second grade classrooms since 2015, helping to teach children about their communities, jobs, and financial literacy.
